Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
At Eight May, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed before 12 PM are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time Frame
Our delivery services are available within Kuwait. We aim to deliver orders on the same day or within the selected delivery time window. You will be prompted to choose your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the location within Kuwait and will be displayed during the checkout process. For orders exceeding 30 KWD, delivery may be free in selected areas.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate. Eight May will not be responsible for delayed or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Delivery Restrictions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, delivery is only available within Kuwait. Additionally:
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- For remote areas, delivery times may vary, and additional charges may apply.
6. Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable during the selected time frame, our delivery team will contact the provided number to arrange an alternative. If the delivery fails due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
7. Delivery of Perishable Items
As flowers and chocolates are perishable, we ensure products are delivered fresh and in perfect condition. Once delivered, Eight May is not liable for damages caused by mishandling or improper storage.
